Donna is one of Australia's leading Business Process Modelling consultants and has over 25 years experience in the I.T. industry, performing a wide variety of roles such as Method Consultant, Process Analyst, Project Manager, Project Leader, Senior Business Analyst and Analyst/Programmer.

She is a recognised expert in the field of Business Process Management and Enterprise Architectures and provides training in Business Process Modelling using the Business Process Modelling Notation (BPMN) and Business Process Reengineering (BPR). She is a key trainer for BPMN within the Queensland Government.

Donna has extensive practical experience in Business Process Reengineering (BPR) and provides training in BPR using industry standard best practice techniques incorporated within her own Business Process Reengineering framework. She has also developed and implemented a Business Process Modelling/BPR methodology that has been adopted by several organisations.

Additionally, Donna has extensive experience in using, managing and administering the Enterprise Architecture toolset, System Architect (established by Popkin Software). This toolset is the Enterprise Architecture toolset recommended by Queensland Government. She has provided training, mentoring and support in the use of System Architect and performed Encyclopedia Management duties in relation to managing the Enterprise information housed within System Architect.

Donna has performed various Business Analysis and Project Management duties including assisting and supporting Project Managers in the management of large projects. She has established a simple Project Management methodology using standard "best practice" methods and has managed projects of various sizes. She is also very experienced in Project Planning and provides training in Project Planning techniques using Microsoft Project.

Donna is also a trained facilitator and during her assignments has run numerous workshops to gather information and brainstorm issues/requirements.

Donna has a flexible and practical approach and is competent in all stages of a project life cycle. She can lead a project from inception through to ‘hands on' implementation or can perform a specific analysis or design role in any environment.
