Terms and Conditions

Training Courses

• Trident Business Solutions Pty Ltd must receive confirmation of the Training Courses including payment commitments (i.e Purchase Orders) ten (10) working days prior to course commencement. Confirmations may be made via email or fax.
• Payments may be made, in advance, using the Credit Card facility available on the website. There are no refunds payable.
• Any cancellations by the Customer must be advised no later than ten (10) working days prior to course commencement.
• There is no penalty for course cancellations made more than ten (10) working days prior to course commencement. Any cancellations within ten  (10)  working days prior to course commencement will be subject to the entire course fee.
• Participant substitutions can be made at any time.
• Trident Business Solutions reserves the right to change the format of the courses at their discretion.
• Quotes that are provided are valid for 30 days only.

Consultancy

• Cancellation of scheduled consultancy dates booked by the Customer must be advised no later than ten (10) working days prior to the agreed scheduled dates.
• Any cancellations within ten (10) working days prior to the scheduled date will be subject to 75% of the agreed fee.
